Inspired by the tranquil beauty of the Aegean Sea, the Mykonos collection of faceted cased glass vases illustrates an oceanic colorscape. Molten glass is delicately rolled in aquatic glass pieces, creating layers of depth and texture, with a dark green hue as the final layer. After cooling and annealing, artisans meticulously hand-grind facets into the glass on a grinding wheel, revealing the layers beneath. An amorphous rim mimics the organic shapes of ocean waves, evoking a sense of serenity and instinctive magnificence. The result is a handmade collection of exquisite objects that capture the essence of Mykonos’ coastal charm. Available in two sizes.
